A hot cup of tea mends the body and soul
I never honestly never felt so odd ! By far today was a very stretched and horrible I think I can say I had a mental break down. The feeling was so bare it feels like something is wrong when there isn't anything at all wrong, so in this case what can help? I tried to forget the feeling by working out, and going to target to by a few things nothing was helping I finally called Ralphie and told him about how I was feeling and I broke into tears, and he helped by being there and listing I'm happy to have him , and I also turned to my mom (my best friend) for help she and I talked it over and let me tell ya I feel so much better. Thank you mom for honestly being there for me tonight and making me feel back to normal! That cup of hot tea was a excellent idea!
